Rock Climbing

Get outside!  Climbing gyms are great... when it's raining.

Learn to climb on real rock in the great outdoors. Let us take you to the local crags and teach you the skills necessary to pursue this very enjoyable and challenging outdoor discipline.

Climbing Instruction

Climbing engages and tones muscles throughout the body, including abs and core, biceps, lats, calves and forearms.

Climbing is as cerebral as it is physical, so it's challenging on many levels. It is also a very technically-oriented pursuit, so our high-tech or engineering clients can enjoy this aspect of the sport.

  • Gear, as technical as necessary

  • Climbing ethics and non-negotiable expectations with regard to climbing
